Community Center Rentals

PRCS Community Centers offer flexible spaces for your next event — from gymnasiums for sports and open play to meeting rooms and halls perfect for trainings, workshops, and celebrations.

Reservation Guidelines

Please review the following before reserving a Community Center space:

  • Advance Notice – Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance.
  • Form & Payment – Both are due a minimum of 7 days prior to the reservation.
  • Availability – Rentals are not available on holidays or days the City of Racine is closed.
  • Minimum Rental Times
    • Weekends: 4-hour minimum
    • Weekdays (if available): 2-hour minimum
Room Selection

PRCS Community Centers offer a variety of spaces to meet your event needs. Rental fees vary depending on the type of renter:

  • Resident Rate – For Racine residents.
  • Non-Resident Rate – For individuals or organizations outside Racine.
  • Non-Profit Rate – For registered non-profit organizations.

Available Spaces:

  • Gym (with kitchen) – Ideal for sports, large gatherings, and events requiring extra space.
  • Meeting Room (with kitchen) – Perfect for workshops, classes, or small parties where food preparation is needed.
  • Meeting Room (no kitchen) – Suited for small meetings, trainings, or gatherings without food service.

Set Up & Arrangement

Will tables and chairs be needed for your event?

  • Please indicate the number of chairs and tables required.
  • Use the set up grid provided on the reservation form to mark the arrangement.
  • Special requests may be considered but must be approved in advance.
Policies to Know
  • Bounce houses and inflatables are not allowed.
  • Keys (if issued) must be picked up the business day before your rental, no later than 3:00 p.m.
  • Clean up is required after your event; additional fees may apply if facilities require extra service.
  • Conduct & Supervision – The renter must be present for the duration of the event and is responsible for guest behavior.
