Racine PRCS offers pavilions and gazebos in scenic locations along Lake Michigan and the Root River. These spaces are ideal for family gatherings, picnics, celebrations, or community events. Amenities include picnic tables and nearby restroom access, making them a perfect outdoor venue.

Please review the following before reserving a pavilion or gazebo:

• Attendees & Facilities – Pavilions accommodate 50–75 people, with picnic tables, restroom facilities (pavilions only), and garbage bins. Gazebos do not have restrooms or keys.
• Garbage – Bring garbage bags. Fill them, tie them, and place them inside the locked restroom at the end of your rental. PRCS staff will pick them up the next morning.
• Restrooms & Keys – Keys to restroom facilities are provided. Renters are responsible for picking up
• keys before the rental and returning them promptly after the event. Late returns: 25% of deposit retained per day.
• Exclusive Use – Includes the pavilion and a 30×30 ft area in front of the patio. Other parkParks Testing. More areas remain public. Restrooms may be shared during sporting events.
• Prohibited Items – Bounce houses, inflatables, nails, confetti, or other damaging items are not allowed.
• Electricity – Available for crockpots or small appliances; bring your own extension cords.
• Clean-Up – Lock restrooms, ensure all areas are clean, and place garbage inside locked restroom. Bring your own soap.
• Parking & Crowds – Parking may be limited, and public access may occur near your rental area.

• Exclusive Use – Rental includes the pavilion or gazebo, but surrounding parkParks Testing. More areas remain public.
• Parking – Parking is limited; please follow posted guidelines.
• Clean Up – Renters are responsible for cleaning the area. Trash bags are recommended.
• Weather – No rain dates or refunds due to weather, unless canceled by PRCS.

• Deposit – 100% refundable deposit required with every rental.
• Cancellations
  • Up to 14 days prior: 20% of rental fee retaine
  • Under 14 days prior: 100% of rental fee retained.
• Policy Violations – Deposit may be retained if any rental policies are violated.
