Potential partners are asked to submit a proposal outlining their idea and goals for collaboration. Proposals may be submitted through our Contact Us form. Once received, proposals are reviewed by the Director of ParksParks Testing. More, Recreation and Cultural Services and the PRCS Board.
If the idea aligns with our mission and community priorities, the next step is to meet with PRCS leadership to further discuss the opportunity.
Partnerships may take many forms—program collaborations, facility support, sponsorships, or special initiatives. Each is considered on a case-by-case basis with the shared vision of creating meaningful opportunities for Racine residents.
