Geneva Street Community Oriented Policing House

Named after Racine Police Investigator Robert Quintanilla, who was appointed to the Racine Police Department on September 13, 1971. Officer Quintanilla served as a patrolman until December 13, 1981, when he was promoted to the rank of investigator.

In May 1987, Investigator Quintanilla was assigned to the Racine County Metro Drug Enforcement Unit, a collaborative of regional law enforcement agencies engaged in partnership to disrupt and dismantle wholesale drug trafficking and distribution in Racine County.
